Vision

Our vision is to see a new generation of Japanese believers rise up as a vibrant, growing church to transform Japanese society with the hope of Jesus Christ and launch a movement of missionaries from Japan around the world.

Mission

Working with the Reformed churches in Japan, we help develop vital evangelistic, worship, and educational ministries focusing on the young adult age level so that they may become future servants and leaders in God’s Church who will continue the Christian heritage by doing the same.

Ministry in Japan

Japan is a nation that is characterized by two extremes: vast material wealth and dire spiritual poverty. Around one percent of Japan’s more than 127 million people claim to know Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior. The actual percentage of evangelical Christians attending church regularly is about 0.5%, making the Japanese people one of the most unreached people groups in the world.

The existing Japanese churches are rapidly aging and fragile due to a lack of young people interested in the Christian faith. The Lord has given us a burden to raise up young people in the faith that they may become committed disciples of Christ and leaders who will continue to pass on the Good News of our Lord Jesus Christ for generations to come. 

There are five specific ministries that God has blessed us with to raise up young disciples for His Kingdom:

● Small group Bible studies for young adults in the East Kanto region

● One-on-one discipleship training which includes both teaching the Scriptures and counseling

● Hosting North American volunteers

● House ministry where young adults can invite their non-Christian friends to share Christian fellowship

● Coaching both young adults and pastors to increase awareness of the urgency of the young adult ministry and offer training on how to carry on the ministry

In addition, Jeannie coaches Japanese ladies struggling to find purpose for God’s plan in their lives. She also teaches praise teams to revitalize young adult worship.
