Vision and Mission 

Sinergia Transformational Leadership Foundation (Sinergiaflt.org) in strategic alliance with Resonate Global Mission, seeks the social and spiritual renewal of urban communities, marked by extreme poverty and violence. Together, our mission is to nurture and mobilize missional communities of leaders and organizations who love and serve the poor, seeking the peace of their communities. Our vision is seeing those who have been labeled the least, the last, and the lost in marginalized communities experience fullness of life. We seek the peace of the communities that we serve, making tangible the vision of Jesus: 
“The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he has anointed me to bring good news to the poor. He has sent me to proclaim release to the captives and recovery of sight to the blind, to let the oppressed go free, to proclaim the year of the Lord’s favor.”
(Luke 4:18-19)

Sinergia develops local leaders who connect and drive the wheel of permanent change in their communities by:
 - Engaging leaders of good faith and good will to tackle a community’s greatest challenges
 - Developing the capacity of others for more effective results and greater impact
 - Developing joint initiatives for social and spiritual renewal of people and places.
 When leaders are committed to all three functions and work together, it drives positive permanent community improvement.

Mission Work

Mario serves as Executive Director of Sinergia Transformational Leadership Foundation in the Dominican Republic, and also provides leadership for Colegios Christianos Reformados – COCREF, a Christian School network that secures access to Christ-centered education to more than 3,500 children in marginalized communities of the Dominican Republic.    Sinergia equips and mobilizes a network of leaders (pastors, teachers and community development workers) who directly impact the lives of thousands of people in more than twenty (20) communities throughout the Dominican Republic.
Programs and projects developed by the Sinergia’s network include: The Institute For Transformational Leadership – ITL, 16 Christian schools, Youth Mentorship – IMPACT Clubs, a Housing program that provides affordable homes for low income families, a Community Primary Health Care Unit, a Rehab Center for drug and alcohol addictions, and other short-term initiatives that serve vulnerable families and communities.
