Resonate Cohort is a year-long opportunity for young adults to live in community, serve in a grassroots ministry, and engage in deep spiritual formation.
This position is part of Cohort Central America, a year-long opportunity for an integrated group of young adults from Central America and North America to volunteer in various ministries alongside Resonate ministry leaders and partners. As part of the Cohort, participants will have the opportunity to engage in direct service, a spiritual formation process, and theological perspectives training.
Cohort participants will be placed with local organizations in Guatemala, Honduras, El Salvador, Nicaragua or Costa Rica. We work with a variety of organizations that respond creatively to their specific contextual realities. These organizations do everything from community health, creation care, holistic education, violence prevention, youth ministry, Biblical worldview training and more!
Resonate staff will work together with you and with our partner organizations to find a suitable area of service.

- Youth Programs Assistant
- Communications Assistant
- Community Outreach
- Events Assistant
- Immigration Outreach
- Timothy Leadership Training Facilitator
- English Tutor
- Music Teacher
- 22-30 years old
- Willingness to be mentored by the Cohort team, as well as the in-country supervisor
- Excellent health
- Ability to live and travel in both urban and remote areas of Central America
- Ability to participate in physically intensive activities
- Elementary Spanish preferred or a willingness to become conversant in Spanish
- A strong faith life
- Must be innovative and adaptable
