Meet the team

Beth Fellinger

Regional Mission Leader - Eastern Canada

Beth's vision is creating an opportunity to empower the Church to embrace their call, and to equip the church to have impact in their community and world. "When the tide comes in all the ships in the harbour go up."

John Bouwers

John Bouwers leads a group of missional minded leaders and church planters (called the Church Planting Insititute, ) whose singular focus is to see 3-5 churches planted a year in Canada East. This simple vision leads everywhere; from finding and developing leaders, to training and coaching, and to resourcing them for this unique missional moment. John is also the Missions Catalayzer for Classis Toronto and the lead planter of Crosstowne Church in Milton, Ontario. Best of all, he gets to be a husband to Geraldine, a Dad to four kids and a grandpa to two.

Joan Brady

Joan Brady is the Mission Catalyst for Classis Huron in South Western Ontario. She works with 23 churches and ministries encouraging, equipping and empowering them in Mission within their own context and communities. Joan works to support the development and growth of missional leaders and works to network congregations and ministries to learn from and support each other. Joan's personal mission is to be the hands and feet of Jesus with a focus on hunger and food production both globally and within her community. Joan is ably supported by her husband, 3 children and their families.

Winston Visser

My background is diverse educationally and vocationally as I attended six different post-secondary institutions, both secular and faith based, earning a Bachelor of Science Degree, a Master of Divinity & a Trade Certificate in transport truck operation. Applied this education to effectively manage a hog and cattle farm; to serve a congregation in rural Ontario; and presently to drive part time as a long haul driver, alongside being a consultant on missions and outreach within Classis Eastern Canada. We maintain a small acreage near Brockville Ontario where my spouse grows cut flowers, and I build rock walls, cut trails, hike, indulge my reading habit and eclectic musical tastes, while our four adult children keep us in line.
