Timothy Leadership Training helps to address the critical need for properly trained leaders in countries where the church is growing rapidly by providing affordable, doctrinally sound, and effective training that equips leaders for mission.

Training That Multiplies
Available in over 35 languages, the Timothy Leadership Training provides a proven curriculum and training for church pastors and lay leaders. In the spirit of 2 Timothy 2:2, our primary material is designed to train leaders who then go on to train others.
Interactive Learning
The Timothy Leadership Training Program is composed of eight training manuals that are biblically based and meaningful across cultures. Through facilitated conversations that encourage participation, participants learn to better understand Scripture and their unique calling as they serve God in their community.
Practical Action Plans
Action planning teaches participants how to apply what they learned during each lesson and live out their leadership skills. After three to four months of implementation, participants reconvene to discuss their achievements and obstacles. Action planning is where a majority of the ministry work happens—and where the true impact of the program is seen!
