Cari Fydirchuk / Reclaim-App

Pastor Cari Fydirchuk holds a Master of Divinity (M.Div) and has completed over 400-hours of yoga teacher training and is a qualified social and emotional learning facilitator. She is also the founder of Reclaim-App and blessed to be partnered with Resonate Global Mission and River Park Church in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. 

Reclaim-App offers safe spaces of calm and connection; with God, neighbours and self. With weekly practices that integrate Christian spirituality and wholistic wellness such as yoga, meditation, prayer, and conversation through our Reclaim-App podcast. We are also excited to be taking these practices into the neighbourhoods (i.e., chair yoga for seniors, yoga in the park and group retreats).

Although we are not an App yet, one is being beta tested with a soft launch happening this year. Right now, people can journey with us by subscribing to our YouTube channel, or following us on Instagram and Facebook. With our podcast available through Buzzsprout, Spotify and other popular podcast sites.
