An increasing number of diverse leaders equipped to participate in God’s mission of saving the lost and renewing all things.

“[God] wants to bring the good news to every people and bring hope and love to everyone,” said Carl, a student in Resonate missionary Stan Kruis’s church-planting class at Asia Theological Seminary in the Philippines.

That’s why Carl and his classmates spent a day at a church plant in a cemetery.

Leadership Lessons in a Cemetery

Campus ministers and student leaders from throughout Canada and the United States gathered May 28-30 at Loyola University in Chicago, Ill., for the Christian Reformed Campus Ministry Association (CRCMA) conference.

There, they wrestled with questions surrounding diversity, gender, sexuality, and power within relationships so they can better share their faith with all students.

Campus Ministry in a Changing Culture

“Universities have changed. Culture has changed,” said Mark Wallace, Resonate Global Mission’s campus ministry leader.

What Does It Mean to Be Faithfully Present on University Campuses?

Sometimes marriage struggles are not evident in daily life. Pastor Israel and his wife, Elizabeth, thought their marriage was healthy—but they weren’t always honest with each other.

They acted differently as a married couple at church than they did at home. Church was a stage where they were polite and respectful. But at home, behind the scenes, they were blunt and would often bicker. Their children noticed.

When Resonate Global Mission missionaries Abe and Elaine Lee invited Israel and Elizabeth to participate in a marriage seminar, the couple opened up.

Renewing Marriages in Mexico

Students at LCC International University, a Resonate Global Mission partner in Lithuania, are launching a movement on campus to care for creation.

The Importance of Caring for Creation

When Nastia Synhaivska, a recent graduate of LCC, spent a summer in the United States working in a hotel, she was overwhelmed by the amount of wasted resources. Hallway and lobby lights never switched off; loads of towels and sheets were sent off for wash every day; and dumpsters were filled with plastic wrapping.

We reached our match goal! You helped us raise over $50,000 to help equip Christian leaders AND a generous donor matched that amount dollar for dollar! Thank you! One of the leaders you helped is Teopista, a pastor who made an amazing change in her village.

Caring for Community

LCC International University in Lithuania provides a Christian education for students from 38 countries around the world, but many of them—if not most of them—aren't Christians. "Because of LCC and because of people in LCC, I met Jesus," said Evelina. "I met God, and now I'm a completely different person."

This Is the Start

Luis had planned to end his life the night before his classes were scheduled to start, but then a room full of balloons caught his eye. He found himself at a meeting for Resonate partner InterVarsity Christian Fellowship led by CRC campus minister Kendall Everett on the campus of William Patterson University in New Jersey.
